I went this evening for dinner, as I had made reservations 3 weeks in advance on a Monday evening, for their 1/2 Price Pasta Spey Sunny was my waitress and was extremely helpful. I was debating between the Fettuccine Alfredo or the Bow Tie Pasta with The Gorgeous Sauce. I decided to order the Bow Tie Pasta with the Gorgonzola Sauce. When it was bright to my table, it was a huge portion and I have enough for 2 more meals. I asked the gentleman if, because it was 1/2 price Monday, if the portions were any smaller and he said "No". My Gorgonzola Sauce was fabulously delicious as was the pasta; nice and hot. Sunny, my waitress, also brought me some bread and my Caesar Salad. The salad was tasty and the bread was soft and had a delicious sauce to dip it in. I also ordered the Tiramisu for dessert, which Sunny indicated was very popular. It was very tasty. I will Definitely be back and made a future reservation for October, to celebrate my Birthday
I came to Odyssey for the first time for my boyfriends birthday. I had made a reservation months before since it was on the 1/2 off pasta Monday. Fantastic deal. We came arrived around 8:45pm on a Monday and the restaurant was still packed. With the reservation, we got seated very quickly. We sat outside and it was a nice atmosphere. The restaurant was once a small house and it's cute. Our server was so attentive and friendly. He recommended the Penne Rustica when I was having trouble deciding. My boyfriend got the Pesto Gnocchi. The pasta deal gets you a complimentary fresh bread, a small Caesar salad and a big portion of pasta! The Penne Rustica was actually very delicious and plentiful. The sauce was delicious and with the ricotta made it even better. The Pesto Gnocchi was very soft which I didn't like much. However, the pesto was yum. We got some dessert. We decided to try the Tres Leches. They brought out a candle for him to celebrate a wish. Amazing service truly. My new favorite Italian restaurant in Denver!
Came here a few times while I was in Denver. They have half off pasta on Mondays & it's honestly a really good deal! You get pasta half off + a Caesar salad & unlimited bread! I had the penne rustica a few times and it was always super yummy. It has chicken and sausage in it and the flavor is just so good! The wine selection is decent as well. Always get a nice glass of red with my pasta. The gnocchi is another one I'd recommend. The dessert collection is insane! They bring out a platter with all the options on it and it's honestly hard to choose just one. The cannolis were really good. You can't go wrong with the chocolate cake though. It's super rich and I would recommend splitting it with someone or taking the rest home lol Overall love this place!! The service is always great. They've been super accommodating even without a reservation. Although on Mondays would highly highly recommend having a reservation and making it a week or two in advance.
Nice little spot. Make reservations in advance because this place was poppin . Food was delicious and plentiful. Tiramisu for dessert prepared by the owners son was hit. I was a bit disappointed because we were celebrating our anniversary and asked for the violin room, but the host made up for it with some complimentary wine glasses and decorated our table with fresh rose petals. Server was fantastic.
Try not to fill up in the bread! Found this place online and figured we would check it out based on all the good reviews. We came on a Friday and you for sure needed a reservation unless you were willing to wait. This place is pretty tiny and was packed. We definitely filled up on the bread but got the caesar salad as an appetizer. It was good but not anything above average. The entrees was where its at. I got the penne bolognese which was phenomenal and only $20. The sauce was thick, flavorful, and homemade which was delicious. The portions were huge as i did not even come close to finishing mine. Overall this place had really good authentic italian food at a great price which is hard to come by these days. Although it's just outside of downtown it is worth the drive!
We came for the Monday night pasta special and were very impressed by how delicious everything was! I ordered the penne bolognese but will be coming back to get the pesto gnocchi after trying it. The bread, kalamari, and cheesecake were all very good too. But the atmosphere and friendly service were even better than the food in my opinion. I would definitely recommend coming here on a summer evening and sitting outside if possible!
We came here for their Monday deal. Any pasta from the right section of the menu + a salad entry which is a Caesar salad. I suggest making a reservation 2-3 weeks in advance as they are busy. I called ahead and asked if we came in and put our name down we could get seated and they said they have a very small bar area that is first comes first serve and to come as soon we they open. I put myself on the waitlist for open table and got a notification the day of! I recommend going that route but does not guarantee a spot. We ordered the penne rustica and the calamari for appetizer. The pasta is a big portion and delicious! + the Caesar salad. The calamari was a little chewy but still edible. I'm giving this a 5 start due to the service, even though they were very packed they still made time to greet us and chat. We had a blast getting to know Tyler and his girlfriend (another server). The ambiance is great, you can be seated inside or in their patio, we enjoyed being outside and people watch. Great spot for a date night!
Today my roommate and I decided to stop by Odyssey to enjoy their Monday $15 pasta specials. We arrived at about 5:30 without a reservation (our fault) and didn't even cross our minds to reserve (our fault again) I would definitely recommend placing a reservation because you might not be as lucky. Thankfully there was a cancellation and we were able to sit almost immediately. We were sat on the patio which was perfect for the weather we had today. We were greeted with fresh caesar salads and hot bread with oil. We started off with ordering the lobster stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. They were delicious! 5 total to split between and full of flavor. My roommate ordered the carbonara (no picture sorry) and I ordered the chicken picatta (not on the $15 special) The chicken picatta was delicious! I will say it is VERY lemony so prepare your tastebuds. Quite the amount of acidity but I still enjoyed. The carbonara was cooked perfectly and creamy to perfection. To end we had Tres Leches cake. Not your typical Italian dessert but it's my favorite so I had to order. Moist and sweet with the addition of strawberries, it was the perfect way to finish dinner. Our server/staff were attentive and very nice. They were happy to provide recommendations and give us excellent service throughout. We will be back!!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. It was a nice family owned business with an Italian vibe. The food was absolutely amazing! All of us enjoyed our appetizers and dishes. The bread provided was warm and fluffy with a tasty oil and herb mix to dip it in. The calamari was nice and crispy. The lobster stuffed mushrooms were cooked to perfection. All of our pastas were fresh with a burst of flavor in each bite! I'd definitely visit this restaurant again!
